Photo Cartoon is a software designed to make your photos unique and original. You can transform your photos into cartoons, paintings and real drawings in a few simple steps. All you need to do is import your photo into the program and select one of the available effects from the left sidebar.
There are nearly 100 ready-to-use effects (cartoon, painting, drawings, sketch, frames, photo montage, etc.)
There are also "face cartoon" effects which, thanks to "neural networks£ technology are able to detect every single part of the face in order to obtain a high-quality cartoonized image. In addition to applying effects, you can also edit some parameters such as brightness, contrast, resolution and add text on images.

There aren't many other alternatives to Photo Cartoon software out there. There are many photo editing software and services that unfortunately do not offer good quality cartoon and drawings effects.
